Assessment: An organizational 360 review is conducted to assess your organization’s leadership and culture.
Design: We work with clients to co-create using a variety building blocks to ensure the content and delivery is impactful.
Implementation: Through coaching, workshops, and advising, we lead the team through the program to ensure understanding and transformation occur at every level of the organization.
Track Successes: We work with you to identify milestones, and then measure progress against these milestones to ensure you’re achieving the goals you’ve set that will drive your continued success.
Programs entail some or all of the following: Individual 360 reviews, Interactive Workshops, One-on-One Coaching, Team Coaching, and Strategic Advising.
