One-on-One Coaching

One-on-One Coaching sessions enable personalized growth and development. By breaking down challenges, coaches provide different perspectives with which to see the obstacles you’re facing, and support you to develop new skills to tackle these obstacles.


Coaching starts with an assessment of you, your team and the overall organizational health in order to establish goals and create a coaching development plan. An assessment provides objective insight into an individual's strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for development. With this insight, coaching increases your self-awareness, supports you to build new skills, and ultimately enables you to increase your positive impact on the organization.


Coaching Programs are structured in 12 session packages.

Each session is 30-60 minutes based on your needs.

Session frequency is based on your needs and the urgency of your situation and can be  offered weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks or monthly.

Sessions are conducted via Zoom or your preferred conferencing platform.


Coaching helps you develop a plan to overcome obstacles and accomplish your goals. The combination of developing actionable steps, combined with an accountability and feedback mechanism, ensures you stay on track.

Coaching provides you with the much-needed time and space to step away from the day-to -day and gain different perspectives of the challenges you face. With new perspectives, previously unseen opportunities become visible.
